【テイスティングノート】
グラスに注ぐと白桃を思わせるふんわりとした香りが立ち、口に含むと小麦とオーツのやわらかな口当たりが広がります。
その中から白桃由来のジューシーな甘みと香りが立ち上がり、飲んだ瞬間から果実の存在感をしっかりと感じられます。

後半にはホップ由来のほのかな柑橘とグリーンなニュアンスが寄り添い、
呑み終えた余韻には桃ジャムのような濃厚で甘やかな香りが残ります。
「果実感」と「ビールらしさ」の両立を意識した仕上がりです。

【ブルワーズコメント】

今回は前作「Peach Dew Saison」のドライな発酵とは対照的に、
桃の甘みや香りをより残した仕上がりを目指しました。
旬の白桃をコンフォートにし、発酵終わり際に加えることで、
フレッシュさと厚みのある果実感を両立させています。
PeachDewSaisonとの飲み比べもとてもお勧めです。

ただし「桃ジュース」ではなく、あくまで「ビール」であることを大切にしました。
桃をダイレクトに楽しみたいなら桃を食べるのが一番。
その上で、ビールとしてのバランスを追求したのがこのPeach Weisseです。

Hop: Aramis (T90) / Polaris (Wet Hop) / Amarillo (T90)
Special: White Peaches from Kamagaya's Kosugi Farm (Seasonal peaches are fermented and added at the end of fermentation)

Tasting Notes
When poured into a glass, a soft aroma reminiscent of white peaches rises, and when tasted, the soft mouthfeel of wheat and oats spreads.
From within, the juicy sweetness and aroma derived from white peaches rise, and from the moment you drink it, you can clearly feel the presence of the fruit.

A subtle citrus and green nuance derived from hops accompanies the finish,
and a rich, sweet aroma reminiscent of peach jam lingers in the aftertaste.
The result is a balance between “fruitiness” and “beeriness”.

[Brewer's Comment]

In contrast to the dry fermentation of our previous beer, Peach Dew Saison,
we aimed to create a beer that retains more of the sweetness and aroma of peaches.
By using seasonal white peaches as a comfort ingredient and adding them at the end of fermentation,
we achieved both freshness and a rich fruitiness.
We highly recommend comparing it with Peach Dew Saison.

However, we prioritized ensuring this is beer, not peach juice.
If you want to enjoy peaches directly, eating them is best.
Building on that, Peach Weisse is our pursuit of balance as a beer.
