Beer Description
クラシックなアメリカンホップ"Citra"を使い、香りを立たせながら苦みを抑えたモダンなIPAです。シトラスとトロピカルな香りが心地よく広がります。一口飲むと、爽やかな風味が口の中で満ちてきます。苦みは控えめで、軽やかな飲み心地が特徴です。酵母がもたらすメロンのような微かな芳香も後味に感じられ、全体として非常にバランスがよい一杯です。

Brewer's Note（English follows)
"number seven"の名前とラベルデザインには、三宮駅・神戸駅から湊山醸造所に通じる7系統のバスをイメージしています。Citraというクラシックなアメリカンホップを使用しつつ、falconer's flightという特別なホップを用いて、レイトホッピングとドライホッピングを駆使し、香りは引き立てつつ、苦みは控えめに仕上げました。加えて、Framgarden Kveik酵母がもたらすメロンのようなエステルは、IPAの新しい可能性を追求しています。バスがつなぐ街の風景、そして人々のつながりを感じながら、このビールを楽しんでいただけたら幸いです。乾杯！

This beer is made in honor of the #7 hydrogen powered bus that connects Kobe station, Sannomiya station, and our brewery! In honor of #7 we used Flaconer's flight hops, which is a blend of 7 classic American hops, and then we topped it off with Citra to give it an extra citrus boost. We used a special kveik yeast called Framgarden that has a nice subtle melon flavor to keep with the light refreshing taste of the beer. We'd love it if you were able to take the #7 and come visit us, but if you can't I reccomend taking a local bus to a new park or hiking path near you and bring this beer, it's the perfect match for the late summer weather.
